Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received. Processing times may vary during high-volume periods, product drops, holidays, or restocks.

Shipping Time
After your order is processed, shipping usually takes 7-14 business days within the United States. Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier, location, weather, or other delays outside of our control.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Lok Era is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package is handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is handled by the carrier. If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier first using your tracking number.
